P3MO is a cloud-based project portfolio management (PPM) platform that helps organisations plan, govern, and deliver projects, programmes, and portfolios in one place. It brings project data, workflows, and reporting together so business leaders, PMOs and delivery teams can work in a single source of truth.

P3MO is designed for board executives, PMOs, programme managers, project managers, and consultancy teams who need structured delivery, governance, and portfolio visibility rather than just basic task tracking. It works particularly well for organisations running multiple projects across departments, or business units.

P3MO focuses on delivering strategic outcomes with project portfolio management and PMO governance first, whereas tools like monday.com or ClickUp start from generic work management and task tracking. If you need real portfolio views, governance workflows, and decision-ready reporting out-of-the-box, P3MO is built specifically for that use case.
